A Way Of Life Wellness

Helping people reach their wellness goals through lasting lifestyle changes.

I graduated from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL with a bachelor of science degree in nutrition and dietetics.  With such a strong passion for good health, proper nutrition, and helping people, I began pursuing health coaching as a way to guide people toward their wellness goals.  I completed the Wellcoaches Health Coach class in April 2016 where I gained experience and skills in coaching presence, client assessment, motivational interviewing, and many others.  In addition, I am a certified IN.FORM Health Coach providing group coaching in metabolic support and weight loss.

Through my education and working in the supplement industry I can provide basic herbal information and direct clients to reputable educational sources for herbal supplement use.

Currently I am pursuing a master of science degree in nutrition and integrative health with a concentration in herbal medicine.  Once completed, I will begin the path to certification through the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists.

In addition to coaching and school, I also conduct food demos, teach local cooking classes, and teach children’s food experience classes.  For more information on any of the available coaching programs or classes please contact me.

I am not a licensed physician or a naturopathic doctor and I cannot give out medical diagnosis or advice.  However, I have years of experience in nutrition and health and wellness which provides me with the ability to use my knowledge and the client's innate skills to achieve their health and wellness goals.
